Confidentiality policy
At Cirencester Health Group, we uphold a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the individual concerned unless they have granted prior permission for someone else to receive this information or if they are unable to understand the results.
Getting your test results
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them through the following channels:
- NHS App: Access your results anytime via the NHS App. If you haven’t registered yet, we encourage you to do so for seamless access to your health information
- NHS website: You can also view your results through your NHS account on the NHS website
- SystmOnline: Log in to your SystmOnline account to check your results
- Accurx service: Use the Accurx service to receive information about your results directly.

Questions about your results
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you may see comments on your results filed in your notes if you have online access. When calling about your results, our receptionists may be able to provide limited information, but for detailed discussions, the doctor will usually reach out to you and offer a follow-up appointment if needed.
